@hotsnow This is some French-English translation failure. Maybe just disregard what they said and instead ask them "Can you replace my server or the HDD with a different one".

  • It looks like there are different IP routes to this special server deal and all other dedis. My SC Gen2 dedi goes over Telia, the special offer over Congent - both, i ordered 2.

  • They want me verify my account before placing the order.

  • why are you asking how to install vnc on a normal server? pls stop spamming this thread and start some useful stuff. also is it so hard to go into idrac and select the iso/remote iso?

  • Now I have an idling Kimsufi and an idling Online.NET box..

You can first install Debian and spin on top of it with Proxmox. Of course, you'll be stripped off latest kernel and updates. Here is an official guide that always worked..

Online.net just got 120Gbit/s Cogent, that's why they're doing this 1Gbit/s unmetered special.

  • I got this response from the support team.

Hello It means you can't mount an ISO on our KVM over IP for these models of servers. Regards

So it means I can't install my own iso?

Yep, no Windows unless we pay :(

I wonder how many unmetered 1Gb/s servers are contending for this 120Gb/s capacity.

  • For those of you got centos 7, here is a guide to setup IPv6 using dibbler

    https://sulek.fr/index.php?article60/configuration-ipv6-pour-une-dedibox-sous-centos-7

  • Gonna use it to do some dirty work, seeding some animu tho.

A lot ... Something like 680Gbit/sec of provisionned transit capacity on tata, telia, cogent, gtt, level3. Theses guys are crazy

Am seeing traceroutes from VirginMedia to my 2EUR Online.net box passing over Telia.
