    i must say that DE location keeps suffering with network problems...
    interesting - its global location problem or here some exact nodes affected?

If you are lucky and land on a good node, lucky you, use that VM for something that needs more power, like I use a better Ryzen VM for a budget Minecraft server.     Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate using @DeluxHost offers very much as I understand their purpose for now and I did already help myself for them to get better, but I would not in any way just assume that @DeluxHost's statements are 100% correct all the time. They do have huge problems (especially regarding storage), it's up to you, individually if you are willing to try and hit or you simly ignore the offers.

    They provide a good value, if you look for a non critical services that need to be up 24/7 and must have all performance available to them 24/7.

    Many simply have completely out-of-scale expectations for what these cheap VPSs should be used for, the reality is this.

    But despite this, we continue to help all customers and where possible I also move them to really good nodes that would usually not be reserved for offers.

    We have problems, certainly, but that doesn't take away our dedication to solving them and doing what we can.

    You make it sound as if you only have issues with promotional offers.

    You may not believe it, but there are plenty of providers offering prices similar to yours while delivering much better stability. Why not discontinue the promotional plans and focus on customers who pay full price instead?

    And what’s the point of giving away freebies like an extra CPU core or additional RAM? Just to make the overselling on your nodes even worse?

    Matteo explicitly offered 3 additional months of free service as compensation for the prolonged VPS issues.

    However, my billing panel still shows October 10, 2027 as the next payment date, with no extension applied.

    Could you please apply the promised 3-month extension and update my next payment date to January 10, 2028?

    Please check ticket #TMVBSZEY0FO1C, this vps is experiencing severe network problem and is pratically unusable.
    I opened the ticket yesterday but haven't received any response so far. I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look.

    2 hours notice when everyone knew about vulnerability for days? More advance notification would have been good, but who cares, right, when VPS not working properly anyway.

    I've been SCAMED by these guys.
    After a month of contacting their support and posting here, here and here and denying and false promises from them I'm back here again warning others about dealing with them.
    I know it was a cheap service but it doesn't give them any right to scam people.
    Just look how crappy their service is !
    After a month of providing their support evidence and technical details they mocking me and say the problem is from my side! Stupid aholes. Just mtr/ping the IP and see it yourself:
