    Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any experience with @DeluxHost's Q and T Series VPS?

I'm particularly interested in long-term stability, disk I/O performance, and whether you've experienced any unexpected freezes, outages, or filesystem issues.

Any real-world experiences or benchmark results would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    all deluxhost offers are unstable.
    just look at price.
all of sort issues can suddenly occur on any nodes\plans.
you should understand what you're buying and for what.
do not rely on this offers in serious workloads and projects.

    @DeluxHost
Thank you for solving my problem—you’re my hero!

The VPS I/O issue has been resolved.

Block Size 4k (IOPS) 64k (IOPS)
    Read 76.52 MB/s (18.6k) 305.06 MB/s (4.6k)
    Write 76.73 MB/s (18.7k) 306.66 MB/s (4.6k)
    Total 153.25 MB/s (37.4k) 611.73 MB/s (9.3k)
Block Size 512k (IOPS) 1m (IOPS)
    ------ --- ---- ---- ----
    Read 276.89 MB/s (528) 290.26 MB/s (276)
    Write 291.60 MB/s (556) 309.59 MB/s (295)
    Total 568.49 MB/s (1.0k) 599.85 MB/s (571)

There are no more I/O exceptions now; this is definitely an incredibly worthwhile deal.

I've checked all the tickets you've reported to us so far and have sent replies and help to everyone.

But please don't abuse this to try to put pressure on us. I often see that things written here don't match the reality of the ticket or anything else, but are only used to speed up the process without waiting. 🙏🏼

I'm still happy to help those with pressing issues and want support, so please keep reporting everything to me.

    Stop lying.
A "response" should be a solution; putting a support ticket on hold is neither a solution, a proper response, nor any form of help.
Not only have you failed to refund my money, but you also offer no solution whatsoever.

As for constantly creating new threads to advertise his offers, that's obviously intentional. After all, the old threads are full of negative feedback, and that certainly wouldn't help him attract new customers, would it ? ;)

@DeluxHost I'm waiting for a refund #TMV3Y6XOJPF6V the VPS is unusable, i can't even install the OS l, but I assume you're ignoring this.

  • 1 week waiting for a response to my ticket that isn't "turn it off and on". About 1 month of an unreachable vps now. :/

And in case it's asked for a 3rd time:

We probably see different things and hear different things and rely on just as different things.

No one denies the problems, no one denies that some things are wrong.

But let's not throw everything away for this and instead try to solve each time and help as many people as possible.

In reality, we are improving with stability compared to months ago. In most cases, as some customers here have already demonstrated, offers have an annual uptime of more than 96%, which unfortunately dropped due to the DDoS problems of June and July.

Then unfortunately it will never happen, as people who have problems or want help are more inclined to write here than someone whose server is working, it's just a fact, nothing more sir.

@DeluxHost, how convenient ;) Every negative review is just a "vocal minority", while your supposedly thousands of happy customers are apparently an unquestionable fact. The difference is that unhappy customers are providing actual evidence - screenshots, uptime statistics, ticket IDs and reports of unresolved issues. Where's your evidence? "Happy customers don't post" isn't proof of customer satisfaction. It's just another convenient excuse ;)

You can think what you want, I don't have to prove anything, I know very well how to manage my business and my clients.

Otherwise I have no problem as in the past admitting problems or difficulties, I am quite direct and I never hide.

But the fact remains that minority does not mean 0 and does not mean that it should be ignored.

  • @DeluxHost Ticket #TMV9A9HDWVV75 (Z-4, srv22013) has been open since Oct 15 with no reply. The VPS still has severe disk I/O stalls: even simple commands like uptime hang for over 80 seconds. Could you please check it? Thanks.

@DeluxHost, you don't have to prove anything to me. But claiming you know how to run a business means little when the same complaints keep coming up. Less excuses, more results !

Yes, please do, this has been going on for well over 24 hours now, and it really impairs any services on those machines, including interactive use being a real pain due to high packet loss and high latency.

    Thanks!!

  • @DeluxHost D is suffering. But it didn't pass 1000ms mark and 50% packet loss, so there's a room to grow still.

  • Also, I probably should share this, as it doesn't look like a secret lol.

    My D-1 VPS is srv19043.deluxhost.net. August 3rd.

    My T-1 VPS is srv21895.deluxhost.net. October 10th.

There's 2.8k increment. Within two months.

Again, while not downplaying the issues of the people in this topic, or the issues of the people we don't know about. That's a lot of clients who doesn't raise any concern in public.

Most likely DeluxHost telling the truth while talking about majority of happy clients.

  • @Scioner, since when does an increase of 2,852 server IDs equal 2,852 unique customers, let alone satisfied ones ? ;) With aggressive VPS sales and overselling, generating that many instances is entirely possible. And considering the repeated reports of high CPU steal, I/O stalls and overloaded nodes, that number raises more questions about capacity than customer satisfaction. Server IDs aren't customer satisfaction statistics ;)

It doesn't equal unique customers. And it doesn't equal satisfied customers. But magnitude of the number is not even comparable to the amount of people with the real issues there.

It doesn't mean all of those people are happy. It doesn't even mean they are real clients, as we don't know if it's really a counter.

But we could guess. And the result of this guess would be: there's fuckton of people who use their service.
