It depends a bit on your use case. You shouldn't exceed 70% under sustained load, and during peaks, it generally doesn't matter—even if it lasts for several hours. We'll definitely contact you if your CPU usage gets too high.

Honestly, had no issues with uptime. Support is good also. I would recommend them based on my personal experience
