since this is a public forum as he claims then he should be able to accept criticism against his/him/her. this boy/girl is more toxic than any alleged toxic culture and should grow a pair.

One simple question: why do you care so much about causing trouble for a provider you've never used and never plan to use? When even people who actually have a legitimate grievance care less about it than you as a non-customer, there's clearly an ulterior motive somewhere that's driving you to this relentless hounding of HH.

He is either an ex customer. Or wasn’t accepted as a customer, or he is a competitor. Maybe an ex-employee at HH.
If he had just too much free time on his hand he would just post on some shit talk threads. Instead he is just focused on HH topics.
Because I am also part of the same community of which, the people who are putting grievance yet were getting ignored until today are also.
Some people may believe in individualistic philosophy where they prefer to be silent unless it is affected to them but I believe that community as a single entity and if any person of the same community is putting grievance, then the people should stand by it.
You and I have different philosophy and ideology.
Please point at which other provider topics you shared your grievance with others also.
@hosthatch past grievances aside, you should pay someone to do the same for me. They’d have to dig through so much shit that it’d be a full-time job for weeks

Silent will be a relative term in this context.
Many posters will put their grievance only after someone has started a thread because they hesitate to take the last step. it is natural for any aspect of life.
In this forum, IIRC, the thread that you have closed, instances were there where people were afraid to post (but expressed later when many posted on the same subject) due to argumentative nature of the host.

ETA becoming double applies only for the first two weeks while waiting for the server provisioning and you wrote as if opening any ticket will double the ETA and calling it a "unethical practice" where 2 weeks wait time is clearly mentioned in the offer post.

Ethical vs Unethical is subjective in nature and it will differ from person to person. You may see it as ethical but I may see it as different (unethical in this context) from different perspective.
