That's not charity if some one asks for refund in the ground of failure of HH to make the provision even 1 month after ETA. In many countries, one may legally sue the entity even if it is written no refund in the initial T&C.

HH is just one of the services in our quiver. We've been with Able & Emil for 10 years, and many others for nearly that long as well. But, many have come and gone though too unfortunately, mostly from neophytic, unsustainable and unrealistic promo strategies.
The term, "Solid working relationship", is our key of value here. We know how it works and can simply flow with it. Psycho drama does not apply. HH does have its foibles, we will admit. Don't care, we've never been burned by them.

It's very unfair to compare your relationship with HH to that of a new customer. Since you have 10 year relationship to the extent that you know Anil and Emil personally, the support you will get will be much different than these new customers here who are putting grievance NOT BECAUSE OF DELAY BUT DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION.
If you are justifying not being able to post 1 comment in any of the threads saying, "we are working on it. Give us 10 more days." then I will have no words as your post will be just making the buyers guilty.
HH delays servers more than 1 month ETA. How a new customer is supposed to know this?
If you can't even maintain an ETA, then just write that if you don't get servers in ETA, then you can either wait or you can apply for refund. It's not hard to mention one sentence. Is it?
They replied now that the final servers pending will be delivered by end of Monday.

the point being, this shouldn't be normalise because if you can see, the same trend is appearing in regular (non promotional) packages too.
"HH works this way. Either take it or leave it." That shouldn't be the operative procedure especially when it gets delayed passing the ETA.
