Not sure what else is wrong. I am trying to install ubuntu 22 and there is no response from the server. I also see 'Migrating Your VM Job is Running' in my dashboard under this VPS.

I'm having the same issue. I've opened a support ticket yesterday but the only thing they said "we're working on it!". My disk space also keeps being downsized to 2Gb instead of 10Gb, after each rebuild. A support agent had presumably seized it back up normally, but since this is a small test VPS, it's going to be rebuilt a few times per day. The disk speed is also immense slow. For anyone considering buying, I suggest you wait until they get their stuff together.

    Service ID is 1886.

Take a look now, through all the fixing we've been doing I broke OS Re-Installs  I pushed through the re-install and also updated your drive with our new SSD limits we're testing. Let me know if that helps any

It is very clear that PXE does a world of a better job at limited/ controlling VMs compared to Solus (our old backend we used). So will be tweaking things based on community feed back

Thanks for your reply. The disk space is still incorrect. The package says 10Gb, I keep getting 2Gb and now 4Gb. What am I supposed to do with a VPS with 2Gb/4Gb?

Thanks for your reply. Now, another issue I'm getting is the constant "Migrating Your VM Job In Queue" message below the power options. Is there any way to get this hidden/removed?

I've also noticed the control panel is quite slow. It takes 5–10 seconds to load a new page and do any actions. Is this just me or another flaw of whatever you're using?

I've rebuilt, and it is indeed now working as intended. Will this change stick with future rebuilds, so I do not need to contact DartNode every time? I've reinstalled 20 min ago but now I can't seem to reinstall again, nothing happens. Is there a cooldown or did it break?

We will be fixing the issue with slow reloading on the dashboard once the migration is 100% complete, I am on the last set of VMs.

For the job display staying up, I just added the Job # to that. If you refresh let me know the Job # and I can fix that for you

That's the renewal - it will be renewable to either the monthly $2 plan or stay on the $10/yr. The system is defaulting to the monthly in the display.
