I didn't want to comment on this since it's protected by an NDA, but it is true I did purchase the host from Ellis. When I said he has nothing to do with the host I mean that he has no business in it. And when I say he has no business,I mean it. It's run by me and a friend, and I'm happy to be Turning around this host
Ellis is like the definition of insufferable
The web of lies keeps spinning man. Can you Discord CEO's figure out which version of the story to tell at least consistently before speaking?
Yeah, hardware and Ellis don't go together
Guess it was owned by Ellis and now by Alex
even funnier.
If i choose to believe you for a second i can tell you one thing: That idea was super stupid. Pretty much like even knowing that Ellis guy is.
Chat looks fake tbh. Tryin to make it as if they against each other.
Yeah, figured, it was stuck from a draft from when I was thinking
@ArgonMan you did business with and funded a serial scammer
By the way, I don't think it hurts Ellis to tell him that you have suffered, I think it fuels him.
Would that really make that much of a difference to anyone?
Have you been raped by Ellis by any chance? 50/50 odds and I haven't been raped
So he can put Argon in front and he can stay in the cupboard masterminding the operation.
Thought so too, but I honestly doubt it.
Lets say its fake because otherwise mr dumbass gets in trouble with Ellis, because Ellis is 100% going to give him hardware.
https://www.dlapiperintelligence.com/goingglobal/corporate/index.html?t=03-minimum-capital-requirement&c=GB
This true? Basically 0 capital requirements in the UK for limited companies?
Man, maybe it's time they revisit that..
Yeah, i guess someone like this might come up with such an idea. I doubt it would work though. The mere connection burned the brand right to the ground.
Also i've actually looked at @ArgonMan 's profile page. I won't copy the image links but i figure everyone who was curious saw the pictures by now. Some kid dealing with shady people on Discord... I doubt any kind of soap opera can salvage this.
So does Ellis have anything tied with Hostaris now?
Not only that, they don't actually validate submitted capital (proof of capital), so it's basically a meme. You could declare a hundred trillion as your capital on hand, be the richest man on paper for a minute and then shut the company down.
Dude is 19 and from Italy I think. (not PII since its public info)
Not in the least. He sold me the business on the 24th May 2024.
We are trying to get some servers and hardware from him, but he has zero say, control, or access to anything hostaris related
Will you also stop using 4.10 space from ARIN out of region?
Yes
Lmao, crazy...
In here, it was 50 000 SEK (now 25 000 SEK, about 2k) and you have to get a bank contact to set up a temporary capital account, and sign a paper (I've only seen it done digital though) declaring on behalf of the bank in question that the money is indeed in the account and that it haven't been moved, accessed or withdrawn in any way. The bank then digitally sends this confirmation to the Companies Registration Office and only then are you allowed to continue with the application to form the company.
You won't ever see that hardware.
In germany you need to put 25k EUR or 50k EUR in a special bank account (forgot the exact number) And in the Netherlands you have to pay yourself a 56k/y salary in order to be able to operate a B.V.
Absolutely. If i were this guy i'd rent a warehouse quick otherwise he'll soon have to sleep on stacks of high end server hardware.
Well, if i remember correctly you need a whole pound. Children in Africa would agree that this is a ton of capital.
Glad I'm not in the Netherlands, I'm not even employed by my own limited company
You can always start as a sole trader in the Netherlands and get a B.V. after you've grown your company I guess.
And if he would (not going to happen but theoretically) it won't do him any good. Continuing to deal with this guy must be some kind of Stockholm syndrome...
