Furthermore, if you read the other updates, we managed to recover the backups and we gave all the files back to the customers of Argon, I decided to close it due to lack of customers in the game hosting scene

So, tell us, who’s the owner then and why are you shielding their identity? Daddy Ellis hasn’t permitted it yet?

Exactly or maybe the guy could have been told some bullshit story where it wasn't totally obvious what's the real reason for having him sign on the company formation. Something like "I can't sign right now because my passport is expired and extending it will take months. Just sign at the dotted line real quick so we can get going immediately. Don't worry, it's just a formality and i will take care of everything.", who knows?
