    You are grasping at straws. "We", when talking about companies, is referring to the broader staff at said company. In this case, the staff is composed of support, sys admins, marketers and other people. So when saying "we" I am referring to the people I am managing.
    Also, you can rest assured knowing I'm doing everything in my power to take discord out of the equation. I am not a big fan of hosting companies who use discord, that's why time and time again I said we would be using WHMCS to manage our billing and tickets.

    Yup, coming out between today and tomorrow.
    As I said in other places, right now the structure is a mess. I want to come out and announce the changed prices and offers publicly once we have fixed the bulk of the issues. I will announce the takeover on the account detailing what the plan is moving forward

    I have no opinion about you personally yet, but hostaris previous behaviour got my low opinion on their way of conducting bussiness & offer in here (LET). My advice to you also please refrain to put the blame on previous owner (btw, you listed as sole owner aka CEO in the registry, no other person or entity, cmiiw). Just said what the conditions were and how you'll fix it.
