You are grasping at straws. "We", when talking about companies, is referring to the broader staff at said company. In this case, the staff is composed of support, sys admins, marketers and other people. So when saying "we" I am referring to the people I am managing.
Also, you can rest assured knowing I'm doing everything in my power to take discord out of the equation. I am not a big fan of hosting companies who use discord, that's why time and time again I said we would be using WHMCS to manage our billing and tickets.

My advice to you also please refrain to put the blame on previous owner (btw, you listed as sole owner aka CEO in the registry, no other person or entity, cmiiw).
