There are a lot of tickets that we are trying to get to.
The Utah environment in its entirety has had an issue as we posted in the client area. The SolusVM master was moved to another provider in Utah and we have been working with customers to provide either refunds or alternate services in the same location (Utah). When the master was migrated there are some VPS services that were not present in the most recent backup and we have been working with SolusVM to fix. None of this has affected LA, Dallas or NYC. This is not a deadpool or scam situation.
