    Hello,

none ouf your provided Information matches any paypal transaction, it would have been already processed if they were correct.

You can post the transaction id in the ticket, consider yourself permanently banned from our service already as the ToS states that providing wrong information is not allowed and leads to permanent exclusion of our services.

I installed windows and the server will shut down automatically. What's going on?

Hello unlicensed / unactivated windows systems are shutting down themselves because of Microsoft's licensing policies.

    Hello,

thats correct, the correct geo location can be checked in the ripe database:
    https://apps.db.ripe.net/db-web-ui/query?searchtext=176.116.18.0/24

We received that subnet just last week, so it could still take some days/weeks to have updated information in all geo location databases.

  • What is the pricing for additional storage, e.g. for 500GB or 1TB?

where can we find 25% discount on top-ups? i will take the deal then, providing bandwidth isn't going to be a problem. fair use of 2tb, is not fair use at all. Most packages this size come in 5-15tb. so ~10tb is fair. I am using WAY less, probably not even 100gb per month, but I hate forced limits, when i have a popular large file i am sharing with a community somewhere I don't want to hit limits. (nothing illegal)

Oh and last question, what's the core policy?

We offer additional storage for 0,40 € per 10 GB a month.

Use the trial version ... no automatic shutdown like in case of non-activated version

Oh and last question, what's the core policy?

You will see a green box mentioning the too up bonus on the top up page. (here)

We are a relatively small company compared to other provider so we unfortunately are not able to offer that much traffic at the moment.

There always have been customers generating more then 2 TB of traffic although they only pay 5€ a month and we didn't need to suspend the customers. But this black friday we experienced order volumes of hundreds of customers with some customers starting to pull 2 GBit/s traffic permanently through torrenting. (Nodes are connected with 2x 25GbE)

Actually i don't believe that we have limited any customer that wasn't torrenting...

The issue about our fair user policy is that at the moment a very strong DDoS protection is included in our traffic commitment pulling the price up.

But while growing we always increase our commitments and have been limiting customers less and less. This is not going to change as we always try to improve our service.

But with all that said, i believe 4,95€ for that good service and quality of the machine makes it reasonable to try staying below that "fair use" policy.

  • Just signed up for the monthly 4.95 euro monthly plan and after paying the first months bill I now see a 1.24 euro credit in my account.
Are you applying a 25% discount/credit on each months' purchase or only on the first month?

Either way, the credit is a bonus that I missed.

    Thank you.

We are still processing some orders for customers who really want one.
So, if anyone is still interested in getting a VPS, just create a ticket and pre-load your account for the amount of VPS you want.

  • Any more stock?,i havent grabbed one 😭😭😭
