At the moment we pay around 4-5 € per tb of traffic.
You don't need to do the math to realize that this particular use case is not profitable at all.
But since hundreds of VMs have already been sold and the average traffic of a customer totals to 69 GB per month, not all customers generating more than 2 TB of traffic will be automatically limited, suspended or anything like that.

We are running AMD EPYC 7543 7402p and 7443p CPUs in our cluster, you can restart your VPS until it is going to be booted on a host with the desired CPU or just ask the support to lock your vm to a specific Node containing the desired CPU.
As for the Network, our servers are based in Frankfurt. (Germany)

Honestly one of the good smaller providers located in Germany out there.
Support is top notch, even on Sundays.
Some custom options like local storage or node locking are free on request.
Performance is amazing for what you pay. Also your vm doesn't seem to be stuck on a single node but gets moved around every reboot. I assume that's a load balancer in play which I find is great to avoid running into heavily loaded nodes.
Hope they keep it as smooth as it is right now.

This is because of a highly redundant CEPH Cluster operating in the background replicating your data to the extend of being able to loose 2 nodes at a time.
We offer local storage typically for cluster applications like kubernetes or databases, it provides higher fsync and iops performance but has less bandwith available.
But we are working on improving the local storage solution in terms of available bandwith too.
Thanks for your feedback, we have not only planned to keep it as smooth but are also working on further improving customer satisfaction.
A big point is going to be making our fair-use traffic policy more transparent and reworking our contracts to increase the amount of traffic a customer is allowed to generate.
