Imho, it was from China / Hong Kong or RU (possibly).
Because some very rare Chinese / Hong Kong providers were used, where you can register only locally, looks like. Or need a heavy translator.

If all the providers were attacked, then banning Chris, who is just one person, seems inhumane. He is just one employee in the company and hasn't been in "retail" hosting for ten years. And he had to struggle with circumstances, the control panel didn't work and etc, it really frayed the nerves.
I think he should be unbanned and given a second chance, if possible.
