You got the answer in the ticket. Your IP subnet was under Voxility that is filtering the traffic.
Any plans on bringing UDP back on your Moldova ddos protected servers?
From what I am aware, Voxility now offers UDP protection.

Sometimes voxility Blocks UDP traffic and some clients have their VPN in VPS blocked by Voxility filtering. Yes we use Voxility protection when attack is detected.

What you mean by that? If you bought any VPS from us that have any IP issue.
We will replace. But if the IP is clean and you want to change it, you need to open a ticket support and provide futher details.
We do without cost if the issue is from our side and sometimes we can change if the reason is valid and justified to do so.

Yes, we don't deny this issue. Unfortunately that is something that we can't just tolerate. Voxility blocks UDP traffic and some ports when attack is going on.
We're sorry for this issue, in near future we will probably improve that.
