Hi @OVH_APAC , I got a VPS from another provider here. I see my deleted OVH account is restored now. It doesn't fix long wait times, canceling orders two times without letting me know, not responding to tickets, and deleting my account without prior notice.

Anyway, no hard feelings for you. You always responded here and tried to give support, but I don't plan to use OVH in the future. My first experience is horrible enough to stay away. I'm not going to recommend it to anyone, either. I don't want other people to get the same frustration and horrible experience as I did.

"If your order was cancelled, depending on the payment method used, the pre-authorization charge will expire within 9 to 14 days for credit cards and 21 to 29 days for PayPal from the date the order was placed. We strongly encourage providing accurate personal information and/or necessary supporting documents if requested for all orders."

We also noted that you ordered on our UK subsidiary website, should you have further enquiry you may contact via the hotline listed on the website.

I provided accurate information. Also, they didn't even inform me about account deletion or order cancellation and didn't ask for any necessary supporting documents. I wasted 3 days of mine thinking OVH was a reliable provider. I should have gone with any other provider here or DO / Vultr / Linode. They are instant, and I never had a problem with them. This promotion feels like a fake one to me.

So I have to wait for one month to get my refund? Thank god it's just 2$ imagine trying to buy a bare metal server from OVH, and you do this to me. Deleting accounts and canceling orders without even an email notification is very concerning.

Or maybe do what he said, and send him a PM so he can investigate.
