So, I have this problem:
I have tried to reinstall the instance in Moscow because it was too slow. I planned to switch it to another usage scenario as clearly the cpu was too weak. NOT my problem, I think the price is correct, the problem is that the password I am sent is not working. I have tried creating another instance and had the same problem. The first time it worked, I got my first instance going AND, recently, I have gotten a working password for an instance I tried in US, but that is 2 out of some 10 attempts.
When I set rescue mode I don't get a new password so I assume it is the old one which doesn't work (from installation), so I have contacted the support.
Hello!
I had to reinstall the instance because it was way too slow to shutdown (after a few days was still shutting down).
I have received an email with the password but it does not work.
I have tried rescue (no password sent at all) and reinstalling a few times, then in the emergency console pasted (via send clipboard).
Nothing works and without rescue password I cant reset it either.
Also, the reset from the panel doesn't work as it says agent not installed.
Is it possible to mount a Debian ISO at least?
How to proceed?
Hello. Can we try to reinstall your server?
Yes, I have tried debian 10 as well, same problem.
Where is the SSH key?
You could manage ssh-keys on ssh tab at the top of the screen.
I know but it says that only applies to new instances. It says I already have a key, but it is a fingerprint there. Where to download the key to access the instance?
Also, your message with the root password come with "unknown date" which makes sorting complicated.
To connect to your existing server using a key you should manually add it to your server.
And how can I do that if I can't connect tot he server?
You should be able to connect using root's password.
Hey @HostVDS_com I'm unable to login even though I've added the SSH keys. I also tried logging in as root using the password in the e-mail but all in vain. I've sent an email to support@hostvds in the meantime.

We have a lot of customers, and no such problems...
Which OS image you are using?

Seriously, denying it?
I have tried all images, one by one. In now close to 20 attempts, I have had 2 successful connections using the password I received in the mail.
The ssh key doesn't work either albeit I have only tried once.
Your own support said this:
Hello. For now, I'd recommend adding your ssh key and then delete your server and create a new one.
The password issue is now in work.

Any news? I have tried reinstall again today, still the password came back wrong.

Contact support, all our customers create VMs every hour, no any problem there.
Ubuntu and CentOS are updated, working for Debian, Windows, etc and own ISO.
Also, we added this to our CI/CD, so will keep updated.
Also, we have added a feature for changing root password from our control panel.
Currently, servers are available at:
Silicon Valley, CA
Dallas, TX
Moscow, RU
We are preparing new PoPs:
NL, FR, SG, IN, HK, ZA
We are asking our customers now which PoP is the most required.
So if you prefer anyone, please message here, we will prioritize our datacenters backlog.

I think you are not keeping your word
IPv6 available on part of locations
.
I would like to see NL or FR locations.
HK would be nice, but NL is also a good location.
Which servers support ipv6 ? Dallas or Moscow

Point of Present
SG and HK please
@HostVDS_com, Hey wanted to check Indian location, however, I'm unable to select India as the location. Only Moscow and US.
Read the thread the other locations are coming soon. Of course they said that awhile ago so take it as you will.
