We can say that NorthLayer - Kubbur is the same as iHostArt - HostSolutins
But most of the things only started to happen in NorthLayer in the last 3 months. Isn't that suspicious? ASN is registered 2 months ago, as if someone knew that they were "closing the old company" and was preparing a new one to scam new customers again!

FWIW I've just received an email from Kjartan, indicating that they've issued refunds for my last two months of payments, as requested in the form yesterday. I will have to wait to see if they actually arrive on my card.
My data, on the other hand, I can only assume is now in the hands of someone who ideally shouldn't have it.

I'd also like to mention that both Leifur and Ellis had offered money for my current hosting "project"...
Leifur pulled out but couldn't even tell me he no longer wanted to buy himself he basically just left someone else to do that (because he couldn't!)
Ellis highballed an extreme amount for some reason & upon seeing the incoming/outgoing/profit data for the recent terms he sliced his offer in half (which was still extremely high) -- no idea if he planned on paying it if I ever actually accepted his offer but by his track record, probably not.
Ellis owes more money to people than Brazil is in debt at this point, it's absolutely ridiculous that people even put their trust in this guy.
If you want some Kubbur merch, you should probably hurry.
You are right & my earlier post was in error due to memory failure. Northlayer.is is owned by Leifur & his partner NOT his uncle as I mistakenly posted before. See the proof in this screenshot:

Leifur's uncle runs/owns www.Wintermute.tech but was not a partner in Kubbur. Wintermute is not big like like Thor, but a serious medium-sized provider in Iceland.

As of right now I am sitting here going through Stripe and pressing the "refund" button a whole lot of times. Our clients aren't getting left with "no money, as of now". Everything that's happened has been the result of a relatively small company trying to change hands quietly and it going the wrong way thanks to some badly done, or nonexistent, due diligence on the part of Leifur and some other people.
All I ask is that you try to be somewhat respectful while I try to resolve this as best as I can in a way that is favourable for the customers.

I don't know where this misconception has come from but no data has been accessed by anyone except for KUBBUR Limited. All data remains encrypted and under access control, only providing those party to KUBBUR Limited access. All customers that are now with Kuxo have come to Kuxo themselves and voluntarily handed over their personal data.
Ellis literally said that he has the DB which includes everyone's account balance when asked about refunds. So either you are lying or Ellis is lying.
And why does Ellis keep repeating that anyone that wants to have their data deleted can under GDPR if he has no data to delete?

The company is not being directly funded by the sellout. As a matter of fact, since we already have funding, it's unlikely that it would even receive further funding anytime in the future from ourselves.
