Virtualizor was slow at responding and it ended up freezing billing area making it useless. But I would say it’s more of a hostbill bug. Just because one server API times out it shouldn’t just freeze everything

i think your paying customers might not be interested to know where the bug is, but perhaps whether your gonna fix it in a timely manner, and that paying $200 dont absolve you from such responsibility as a provider.

I am waiting on a fix, but you literally can’t do anything in the billing area. There’s nothing to order or any bills to pay. VPS is still manageable through virtualizor
