    I checked my invoices. It's DUE DATE 2021-11-29, not 10.01.2022. Maybe somewhere else?

    It was in mail "[HostHatch] New VM is Online":
    "Your billing date will also start from 10th January 2022 instead of today. Please do note that you can still fully use your server right away and there will be no reinstalls required to enable the above features."

    sign - mine STO - 0.5 was delivered last week but cannot connect from outside - VNC connects - but the box is not connected to internet - some network issues somewhere - and a week has gone by - no updates on my ticket... Not super critical - but would have loved to see some updates

    But Sto - 1TB is still waiting to be provisioned.

    Now I'm curious to know, when internal networking will be available. Also IPv6 would be great.

    you are not alone, I see a lot of people have network issue, if using dhcp, I get the gateway as 45.54.219.1, but in panel it shows as network config is :
    Address:
    45.45.21x.xxx
    Netmask:
    255.255.255.0
    Gateway:
    188.93.140.1
    neither gateway works, ticket not answered.

    you are not alone, I see a lot of people have network issue, if using dhcp, I get the gateway as 45.54.219.1, but in panel it shows as network config is :

    Guys I have been hired by hostsnatch. Please we are experiencing long wait times and a customer service agent will address your issue. Don’t file a paypal charge back or ask when the server is going to be delivered you will be penalized 4 weeks extra wait time.

    Some people hate when it "helps" you. If you know how to write an ifcfg file it's annoying when it changes things just because it thinks it owns them. Those people may be in for a shock if RH9 truly does go away from ifcfg files though...

    It can also be annoying when it holds things up trying to configure interfaces it has no clue about like VPN links.

    Interesting... Have removed that already but no luck. Guess its some minor mis-configuration but Support does not feel its a priority - Not a biggie though - Some communication would have helped!

    Anyone got STO 1TB storage provisioned yet? Have seen 0.5 and 2TB so far...
