Actually Fran doesn't have to prove anything. Someone who accuse him is the one who should bring a proof. And only then, Fran has to bring a counter proof.
Regarding @cociu he has been proven to be irresponsible. Abandoning his customer, service down, no communication. All of which is the characteristic of a irresponsible businessman.

Yes I vote that its time to close the thread and let it be as there's a lot of speculations going around which could be right or could be wrong since there's no facts to backup either case. I think users can take their own decisions whether to keep or cancel their services since whatever issues that exist don't affect all the services. Cociu can create a new thread if and when he wants.

Not taking sides here but in context and reading the sentence, this is only speculation and expressing opinion. Might not be true and not saying that these are facts.
In his comment he did not expressly accused Francisco of supporting pedos. He only underlined that such content may be hosted by a "hich chance" on company servers "perhaps unknowingly", which is implied by the fact that he (Francisco) respects anonymity of customers. This is exactly the same as Tor Project, which offers anonymity through it's network. Indirectly, such content hosted exists because no check is made and people may (or may not) abuse it. The statement is therefore true.
Another aspect is that the term "pedos" or "child porn" was not used in that comment. The statement used was "child abuse", which may or may not refer to "child porn".
In my opinion @dahartigan is innocent and I will happily testify for him. My only problem is that I can't travel to USA.
No. I plan to make a written statement, presented as image or digitally signed. Popcorn gifs will exist only after the court, because most likely this will generate a completely new and ample popcorn drama.
