My Bucharest VPS can't connect to Vienna VPS,
After testing, the nodes in Romania and Norway have no problems, only Bucharest node has problems, If it can't be solved, please change my VPS to Norway node.

You guys need to do something about the CPU.
It's a storage box on super old CPU'S. CPU ain't getting much better than that.
Have already brought up passing through host CPU since a lot of cycles are wasted.
For backup those cpu are more than enough. Especially when you pay 5€/quarter for 512GB.

yes we have some news , the people who is complain here is in the ip range 45* wich cuased problems , we have use a /22 half in oradea half in bucharest (my mistake) and due of this some upstreams is not accet it, we decided finally to choose one of this versions :
1) move fisically 7 nodes in bucharest (this mean 6-8 hours downtime , the transit for 700 km until bucharest
2) change 500 ips to the clients located in oradea with a separate prefix (between whmcs, node , autoprovisioning module this take 10 min/client)
We will take a final decision Monday and we will update in our whmcs section , also a newsletter will be send to the clients affected.

No, later than Monday. Monday is just when they decide on how to resolve it, which then takes some time and will depend where in the 500 you are.

@cociu I didn't even get an email after my service was provisioned. I just remembered today that I ordered this and logged in on my client portal to check and lo and behold, its been there a few weeks now apparently but never got the mail.
I'm not expecting much here as it's LET but I wanted to use twice in the past 3 months my VPS and it is always having some network issues. At the moment 90% packet loss with Destination Host Unreachable....I mean I could have just throw the money out of the window instead
