is case to case , the people who know the difference can be accepted so for this i have set this rule only old customers. For the moment i am half/half to accept or not accept anymore. In any case spam , flood , deception, scam , carding , porn child , etc was not accepted before and will not be accepted in the future. Also any activity wich is dedicated to scam people or cheat them.
