  • Not able to add multiple products and avail discounts on all of them. For example, tried to add the 4GB and 1GB KVM VPS' to cart.. and total checkout price was around €21. They work individually. Should I create separate accounts or something?

Only one coupon can be used at a time. You can order two same packages, or you have to order two times - first one package, then other.

    Hi @VPSSLIM!

I bought yesterday a KVM 2 VPS a few minutes before 18:30. It's status is pending now.

Can you give an approximately time when will my instance activated?

    Thanks.:)

    Hi :)

We are now in the datacenter to setup new nodes. Give or take 10 hours as we need to prepare settings and make sure it's a smooth setup for pending clients :)

Your patience is very much appreciated!

Thank you for your quick reply! My machine installed a few minutes ago.

Currently, there isn't public IPv6 address on my machine on eth0 interface. I checked the customer panel > machine info > IPs, but the only visible my IPv4 address. Can you give me information about how to enable IPv6? Thanks!

Btw are the new nodes for the deals in this thread only? I'm assuming you're going to deplete those first before provisioning the ones from the BF thread since these came first

The new nodes are indeed just for BF customers. We had to add some capacity to keep up with the orders :-)

yes as I said before, once the server setup your customer can't access the server until they reinstall the server. happened to me. the login password was wrong, and somehow there is error in sshd config on first install.

Are you sure? All VM's get a 1Gbps (shared) port. So you should at least be able to do 600/700

Anytime. Appreciate all the input and feedback you can give.

    • VPS was provisioned today and had 3.89 GB instead of the promised 4096MB (gibibyte/gigabyte confusion?)
    • Reinstall with Ubuntu resulted in a broken install with loads of I/O errors and doesn't boot anymore[pic] ticket #990658
    • Customer dashboard says "Cannot connect to the master server" when trying to look at the service details, the virtualizor enduser panel works though. Going to go out on a limb that everything was setup in a hurry to accommodate new customers, no biggy, just ugly.
    • Rescue system doesn't have debootstrap and no space/ramdisk to install missing applications to install a debian-based distro from scratch. This means I can't do my regular FDE LUKS build. Really big downside for me.

Not really confident about this one.
I expected nothing and I'm still let down.
