    @VPSSLIM
Hmm, is this not available for current (old) customers? I had registered account on your services long time ago and can't use this offer, why not?

  • I have a KVM #2 pending 20hrs.
    Ticket #586401

Hi, please deal with ticket sometime.
Your vps was delivered totally deadly.

So it seems I am not the only one. Mine was provisioned almost instantly but it seems it hasn't really been created, as reinstalling/rebooting the server from SolusVM does nothing.

Hi, I had signed up earlier today for VPS KVM #2 but haven't got a working VPS yet. Its been ~10 hrs now. There were initially some booting problems and now I have found from VNC in the control panel that I cannot connect to it due to networking issues.

I have opened tickets (#874391, #967677), but haven't got a proper response yet.

    Yep!

  • Mouth watering deal. But, no PayPal :(

  • It's as if nobody posted a warning about the terrible service the company provides... if only.

  • No delivery for over 6 hours now

    Thanks for this.

Yes indeed. KVM is being restocked so instant setup is not the case for now.

    OVZ is still instant setup.

Tickets are being handles by our team. Right now it's flooded with "Not yet setup" tickets so we are going by them one by one :)

Thanks for the patience and support everyone!

  • I don't see the promotional price after going to checkout. KVM#1 has a price of 129Euros. @VPSSLIM

A wait yes. My order have been pending for close to 24h

  • I got OpenVZ one.

The password for SolusVM that described on "Your VPS is ready!" email did not work but the username is correct so I could request to reset password.

Reinstallable templates for OpenVZ: CentOS 6/7, Debian 8, Ubuntu 14.04/16.04/18.04
    NO Debian 10!
I installed Debian 8 and did dist-upgrade twice, now 10.

Serial console on SolusVM does not work because the sshd for serial console does not allow password authentication. lol
