I solved with my self.. ticket close.
I am try to "Rescue" enable/disable, reconfigure Kvm..etc
I cannot recommend. Ordered vps yesterday. Got it within few hours but it is offline since 24hours. Cannot boot or reinstall, no ticket answer since yesterday.
Hello, as said above. KVM setups are delayed. Your KVM has well. It has been wrongfully setup and will get it setup on the new nodes which will arrive somewhere today is expected.
Update: we get a lot of "my VPS is not delivered" yet messages. Please read the thread. Currently KVMs are being restocked and pending orders will be setup ASAP.
I hope everybody will ready this as this will ease our load on the ticket system and live chat.

Oh sorry! I thought you had a KVM plan. I guess you'll have to wait until they release new templates or upgrade to Buster manually.
Three hours after ordering OVZ:
Got all the mails that the VPS was setup instantly after payment.
Can't login to control panel - user/password unkown.
Requesting a password reset seems to not sent out a mail.
Can't connect so server via SSH.
I thought only KVM plans had to wait a bit.. But seems that OVZ isn't setup instantly, too..
I am wondering when I will be able to use this one.

The performance of the SSD looks like HDD. apt update command takes few minutes to complete. SSH disconnected while running apt upgrade(probably due to heavy load). Normal Linux commands like ls, cd lags. Submit a ticket yesterday about Ubuntu 20.04 LTS availability, no response till now. The only good thing I found about this VPS is network speed. Luckily I signed up for the monthly plan though
5 hours in and no provision or answer to ticket... Sc*m detector starting to beep louder and louder.
Literally posted twenty warnings mate, your scam detector is faulty clearly if you even ordered to begin with.
So much unprovisioned orders here, that's not even counting the ones from the main BF thread.
People are definitely not going to be getting their servers any time soon (if at all).
