It's been 4 weeks since I gave the email address you asked for. After 11 days, you asked if you may offer a new VM for a month free. I approved the same day. After 9 more days, you asked if I still want it and said you'll arrange it. I replied the next day. By now, 28 Days Later, I want to state for the record that you never did what you said. I have no further interest in such a webhost. You can keep your offer, I don't want it anymore.

I created a support ticket yesterday for my vps issues. ticket ID 629479... server was created offline and I can't get it to come online.. support has stopped responding... please fix this issue, thank you

In my tests, the disk is at least 90% slower in real usage, the CPU is at least 25% slower in real usage.

I've been on the OpenVZ plan since black friday, and while it isn't the fastest, I haven't had any issues with downtime and the price is obviously unbeatable. Not sure if I got lucky or what, but I've been happy with this service overall.

IPV6 works. Can you open a ticket in your client account so I can double check this for you too? We did have some clients with ipv6 connectivity issues lately and we fixed this in our routing.
