    My VPS got disabled without notification. I've asked in this topic before what use is acceptable, but never got an answer. All I did was sort a large compressed file once every 2 weeks.
    Using "cpulimit" on this server didn't work to reduce load. It worked on all other servers I've used, I don't know why. Glad I only paid per month. I'm pretty sure canceling a paid service without showing any conditions is against the (Dutch) law.

    Hi Loyce, do you have a ticket ID so I can look into this?

    Nope, I didn't make a ticket, I just closed my account and left :disappointed:

    Can you PM me your email address so I can look into this via your account. I will contact you there as well then. We would want you to be satisfied about your services so we will find a solution for you :-)

    It's been 4 weeks since I gave the email address you asked for. After 11 days, you asked if you may offer a new VM for a month free. I approved the same day. After 9 more days, you asked if I still want it and said you'll arrange it. I replied the next day. By now, 28 Days Later, I want to state for the record that you never did what you said. I have no further interest in such a webhost. You can keep your offer, I don't want it anymore.

  • Are these guys still in business? I have a ticket that's six days old to reinstall the OS since the option on Virtualizor isn't working.
    Yup, six days for an OS reinstall. Can you imagine if this was a production box?

    I have the same problem, I have been writing to them about it since February 28.
    I also wrote to them on chat: no reaction from "Ralph".

    @VPSSLIM

    My server also experience the same problem. The current disk and CPU becomes so much slower.
    Can you please fix this?
    Ticket #605068

    Current disk and cpu :
    In my tests, the disk is at least 90% slower in real usage, the CPU is at least 25% slower in real usage.
