    Well, I was 100% wrong about that it seems. There was no reason for me to believe that Chike was a scammer, but now that time has passed and with the benefit of hindsight, it was naive of me to hold that belief.

    Why are you asking him that? He just replied to a question with the correct answer. It wasn't in any way worse than the "no" post. It would have made the "no" post make more sense in this context.

    And what does it matter if he can or cannot "accept that people make mistakes"? It's a fact of life regardless of whether he acknowledges or not. Answering yes or no to your question has no relevance to @Clouvider's answer.

Frankly, following the fallout that he took part (was leading?) in earlier that led to this whole mess, and the fact he was a rep of this host, at least by tag (I don’t know the story behind it) when the whole situation leading to this mess started, I’d have expected for him to keep his statements to the minimum, especially if they had no grounds.

    His assurance, which he admitted was a mistake, could have been viewed in different terms than one of any another member of the community, given his insider knowledge and previous association. This is why he shouldn’t have made this statement if he wasn’t sure of it at all. He has put himself up in this position and no one else and the consequence must be scrutiny of his actions. That is unless this community is happily welcoming hosts like Hostdoc in which case there’s perhaps no place for our brand here ?

    Well, to be honest, the way that @Clouvider conducts himself in public would suggest to me and others that his customer service is horrible also. I don't understand why anyone would recommend clouvider with that shit attitude.
