I see you feel strongly about the valuation part, I understand where you are coming from. I do want to say it is surely difficult to estimate, though not 100% accurate, or perhaps misleading at times, this is my shot at helping my users get a feel for and develop the skill of deal evaluation that you and other members might take for granted. For someone who is getting into the game, not seeing any evaluation of the deals may result in regrets.
I'm yet to have an actual user complain about this feature (other than pricing it too high on some deals lol) this says something. Seeing it's causing outrage, I will just remove the $ valuation column (i doubt many people look at it anyways) and only keep the comment column.
btw The technical stack of the site is React and other latest front-end technologies just like your site : ) and I agree, though I could, I would not want to spend time making a complete bot.
