I better start doing something usefull because it will only take longer refreshing that page :P
sweet. lol
I will call them in next hour, ask about ETA.
Can dudes from Asia order from here? Anyone here, already purchased one?
(sob)
Seems the country selection outside Ireland, is limited to Canada and US only.
Sad...
you can try kimsufi.com but i have problem for payment . i cannot pay it
@blackeye shoooot! it redirects me to http://www.kimsufi.com/fr/
yes . but you can select a country where you are .
Informationen von Ihnen:
A nice guy who could buy it for me and push it to my ovh account?
Obviusly I will pay him a bit more.
@finlandvps, we have no desire to compete with Kimsufi. If a few bucks is that important to not have RAID protected disk space and 1Gbps link, then go for Kimsufi.
I'm in Asia and ordered one from the /fr/ site.
hello can you teach me for rent this dedicated server . because i always problem in payment ( using pp )
Just order from here, as I did: https://www.ovh.com/fr/commande/kimsufi.cgi
I just went through the order screens and selected paypal when I got to that step and didn't have any problems.
Even though it's in French the choices seem pretty obvious. I used google translate on some of the options/words just to make sure I got it right, though.
I knew. maybe sometimes there are obstacles in my paypal.
@david How about the VAT? Did they deducted it from your total purchased?
No, I think you need to put in a ticket to ask them to remove the VAT. But I don't think they'll remove it for what I've paid already; maybe for next time. Apparently there's a process to go through and IDs required, but I'm still waiting so I'll just see how it goes.
I am very late to this... Just have a few quick questions:
Is it still running? How long is the delay at this point?
Is there any choice of DC (a UK DC would be perfect, Ireland may suffice as well)?
Have there been any reviews posted?
Anybody got any idea what kinda of results we could expect?
Can non Europeans avoid paying VAT?
And why aren't Europeans rioting over 23% VAT! :P
Yes, long.
France, Gravelines
You from where @david?
Philippines
Aus brad!
, hehehe, gamit ko cc, kk lang un?
It's empty on my Account Manager>Administration>My Invoices>Orders in progress
Is that normal? Payment status in my PayPal is pending, though I received the payment confirmation email from OVH.
So the next servers get delivered at Monday?
OVH asks me for proof of ID. Don't know if they are trust worthy for me to send my password to them
Called up OVH since I ordered on .ie from the UK, they refunded my order. Ordering on UK instead now.
I hope OVH don't give me the banhammer for this though:
Fresh Benchmark from Serverbear: http://serverbear.com/benchmark/2013/07/26/vVmtcZYio46LZGpf
24 hours according to the website. I've had one of my servers delivered, still waiting on the OS install according to the order status page.
29/07 on the French website.
I.e. not actually delivered.
Just wanted to give some people a heads up, i'm from America and I put in an order around 4PM today and I just got an email for ID and a utility bill (this is about 10 hours after I ordered).
