    This is a great offer! I just ordered one "Supermicro 6-bay Opteron 1385 8GB 2x2TB Rent Only Special (Bonus 4TB FREE)" at $25/mo, and will cancel my Dacentec "Opteron 1356 2x2TB" which I was paying $20/mo. It's a slight CPU upgrade, and 4TB more storage.

    I will use as a database and app development, staging, and backup machine, so the 8TB total storage (if not using RAID mirroring) will be useful! Thanks!

    By the way, anyone concerned that they use old hardware and not sure whether this will work for your needs, they do offer a 7-day moneyback guarantee if you don't like it.     Sent an email to sales. Lets hope you guys do it for me then. The current disks are damn slow. I havent used the server much due to its slowness.

    We have an automated OS provisioning system that makes it pretty easy. If your server hasn't been deployed yet you can open a ticket with sales and they can update your OS for you in the order.

    Any plans for 4x2TB HDD instead of 2x2TB + 4x1TB?

    I would rather RAID 10 the whole thing for like 30 bucks a month.
