Use their ticket system. They're much more responsive there. Like I said, I got a reply (it only took 10 days).

The "New Portal" is WHMCS, and anyone who doesn't know will be using that. I'd use the "Contact Us" link.
For whatever reason, they've got a "dummy" link to create a new account, but they charge a dollar fee.

As you mentioned, client registration is only enabled via the ordering system. And no ticket creating options for non-customers it seems.

You could always give them a call on the 800 number during normal business hours. Doing so on a weekend for a non-emergency is a dick move, in my opinion. Still, he needs to make right with what he's offered.

How many times do you think it can go ignored if it's active? It's easy to just shove it to the side when there's no activity.
A few days after page 20 I think, but it's been pending ever since, so we aren't that far off.
..and I got sick of waiting, fired up qemu-kvm in CentOS 5.9, installed Debian 9, set net.ifnames=0 in the virtual machine, updated grub, and completely fucked up and forgot it would map to eth1 instead of eth0.
ARGH!
I hope Scott returns to tickets. I'll give him the rest of the week, but if I don't have iDrac by Friday, I'm going to cancel and request a partial refund (after I ensure my production box is backed up).
