@inthecloudblog @S3phy me neither, hasn't been provisioned and I don't even know what virtualization they're using. If it's just the CPU getting shared or if the 4GB RAM is all mine or shared amongst whoever else... probably end up telling them I don't want it. They asked me if I wanted the server still, might just ask if they have a dedi at that price point in case one frees up soon.

They opened a ticket tonight for me. Apparently they are out of I3 servers, and they offered me the vps or option to cancel.

I declined the offer and asked to cancel the order.

Same. They wanted to Virt a e3 IIRC. Useless for my case

Well, for 10EUR it worked fine, has not KS4C price performance ratio but was neat.

Until you wanted to touch the Raid setup, I only dropped it because it only had 4gigs of memory.

As long you left the raid there where it was, it was fine.

Well so much for switching that. I wanted to adjust mine to RAID 0.

So far mine hasn't had any issues, I got i3-540/8GB. Was hoping to swap it to RAID 0 and use it as a decent little seedbox.

  • I let my server go, connection never stable for me

  • Got me an HP server out of the last sale. After the IDrac fiasco of the first one, ILO is much better even if it's an older version.

Amen. Dell server stuff feels like trash compared to HP. Am only putting up with Dell on my DbD box because of the price.

    Never.

    Or it might be.

    Who knows?

    OneProvider I suppose.

    Highly unlikely.

They don't remove it from the products page, so that's a very good sign.

Last time it went out of stock (for a long period of time), it was removed from there.

  • I am very interested of this server:
    Intel Core i3-530 2.93 GHz + IPMI (2x 1 TB)
    or Intel Atom C2350 1.70GHz + KVM 1x1 TB)
maybe someone would like to get rid of one of those server and would like to transfer it to me with some fee for that paid by me to such person?

  • Get the atom directly at online.net ...
