Nice PR :-) Your reaction tells me you didn't inform OP it's fair share, so he simply was using what he paid for.
Well you know, if you openly and actively try to attract the sort of customers that do this, and sorry but that is exactly what you do, expect there to be occasions where people abuse your service or you get some numpty hosting warez publicly.
I don't really have any sympathy on either side, it kind of cancels itself out.
totaly true , i give you all reason but one is put some movie and other thing is start spamming or flooding, eaven make traffic all day/night when you know you are sharing the port with other people like you ... at least this is my teory

Are you sure it was a deliberate DDOS attack and not just an AMP or high PPS, what sort of attack/flood was it?
I ask because I made a complete tool of myself a few years back when I created a template and published it with an ntpd vulnerable to amplifications, someone obviously found out, scanned my ranges and had a great time.

So i wait next 24 hours to see how many votes you got (at least i hope the providers not vote intencionatly).
So let's get this straight.. OP agreed with the provider to buy a VPS for "torrent usage".. This usually means seedbox for private trackers.. Instead he setups an public warez serving website via apache..
The provider does not cap bandwidth usage.. so OP ends up serving static warez files on full port speed..
Now the other users begin to complain about the slow network speeds, and the provider also notices the excess usage of bandwidth.. Due both parties having less than shit english language skills, the provider suspects that there is a virus/DDoS when infact the OP is serving warez at full port speed.
At this point the OP also starts to believe that hes infected due the amount of bandwidth his using according to host. And here we are now..
Theres 2 issues here.. both parties are at blame.
1st.. why the fuck would you allow unlimited port speed for everyone in the node? One customer can make the network a living hell for everyone else.
2nd.. OP why do you setup warez site for everyone to use/see when you agreed with the provider to only use torrents/P2P (and possibly only in private trackers). You're basically breaking the law even more directly than thepiratebay does.
