Netcup bills you hourly, but their approach to hourly billing was quite annoying last time I used them. That's because you had to always prepay for the whole month first, then they refund unused time.

I have a problematic past with Netcup, but I see your point (althout the 4c/8g is 11+ for me from looking at the website).
