easy comes, easy goes :P
All support's done through the forum. You make a thread requesting a refund, and then you wait and wait and wait until they eventually get around to to it (seems to usuallytake weeks for the credit to show up, but it does).
Will do next time
I can never see the 4.99 deal in stock. I've been watching the site daily at random times. When do they usually refill stock?
It's been in stock a few days ago for more than 24hrs.
I must be unlucky because whenever I look its "Currently being replenished" lol
A Terraria Server under Wheezy works well on that KS1, CPU get nailed but the Load is under 2 so good enought to run it for 5-8 People.

Can Kimsufi servers communicate (in the same DC) via a private LAN?
Not sure if this is also for the newer kimsufi's, but with the old one, frok OVH itself it's possible using a virtual rack.
No.
Was it mentioned anywhere that it would officially be 2TB on the site at some point? If so I wonder if that means the KS3 will as well.
How does it work exactly?
I'm seeing conflicting info online - but is there any options to set an auto payment renewal for Kimsufi or do I just need to be vigilant and keep an eye on it and manually renew?
Thx
Relatively sure it's manual, but you get an email notifying you about renewal.
@sandro Negative. No private VLAN or anything of that nature.
It's manual payments only, you'll get several emails notifying you of renewal though. You can generate invoices via the control panel at anytime (don't need to wait for them to generate an invoice before you can pay) so you can login and extend your server by 1/2/3 months as you wish.
Wrong wrong wrong, or rather outdated. They are transitioning to an autorenewal-only system just like at Online.net, I believe starting from October. Didn't you get any E-mails? Or do you just delete their newsletters in French, not even trying Google Translate.
I haven't received any emails informing me of such a change, so AFAIK it's manual payments only. I'm not sure how my post can be 'rather outdated' when the change you claim to be proposed is scheduled in the future?
first stone. Many of you expect this development mode
billing. Your wishes have been heard: now, any
order or renewal of a server requires registration
a means of payment (credit card, debit authorization
SEPA PayPal account). This way, you get a tacit
renewal of your services, the frequency of your choice: 1, 3, 6 or
12 months.

Still manual renewal for me.. KS1 and KS2, paypal
I paid my KS3 yesterday over cc, no problems so far also no email about auto renew.
KS-5B available.
no email for auto renew ,did get email to renew the service for a month though
anyone having issues trying to renew? the renew link via manager no longer works and I dont have an option to add a payment method to the account lol.
Did any of you link a paypal and get notified of an automatic payment and then have no money come out of your paypal? One of my servers says it is now due a month from now and they've taken no money from my paypal for a week now. Not sure what they are doing.
I ordered one KS2, N2800 and 2TB
Managed to order a KS-1 server and was asked for validation documents, sent them to [email protected], how long does it take them to validate? It's been 24 hours - is customer service normally slow?

They changed their support system from forums only to tickets (except from software related problems) kimsufi.com/en/support/
OK, thanks. Have re-sent my validation documents via the Kimsufi contact form. Was a bit confused since they use OVH e-mail addresses in correspondence.
