Can't find any option to do that in the control panel.
Would like to cancel my D425 now that I got N2800.
Just don't pay for it and it will be cancelled automatically. This is what OVH customer service told me to do.

your gonna have a tough time trying to get them to change better off making a new account. I almost got screwed like that for entering initial for last name instead of the full last name.

well if you knew you would need to send ids to be validated why would u put in fake info?

after read the validation progress, I find i can't get the valid copy of billing invoice for the address I filled, as it's my office address but not my home address...
ohh ouch, see if your HR is willing to do a paystub for that address or something. But your other info wont match such as drivers license etc.. sorry to hear man.
I think I have to create a new account and validate it first, then wait till next time when BHS KS-1 available..
you don't really need it to match.. I just sent in a picture ID of my old college ID card that has no address just my name and a picture and a scan of my CC bill with my name and address on it.

anyone else running windows 8.1 on a D425 notice any difference between running it on N2800?
There's a quite huge difference... at all it's performing quite well but due to slow network not that fast as it'd do with other services.
Just received a server (KS1) ordered 1 day ago (yep, I have no patience), It turns out to be a N2800 from GBX. Just to keep you guys updated.

How long does verification take, when the ks-2's become available 2 days ago, I grabbed one, but the verification process didn't happen within the 24 hours.
just created a new order, and it doesn't even let me use the account from the first attempt(it says it is not valid), yet a cant create a new account with that email address as it is in use.
hopefully this time it works.
I did not think of using an old ID, I should have done this, I really didn't like using a passport ( no drivers licence) mostly because it is British and I don't live in the EU.

well, let me tell you how can it take 3-5 weeks:
They will let your email sink until 3-5 weeks pass, then read your mail, click a button, and voila!
my validation and VAT remove cost about 10 days, but even all this has been done, when I order the KS-1 today, not instant, still shown as in processing, already 12 hours past...
I cant even pay for it, i joined the kimsufi forum, and I am not allowed to post. maybe there is some verification process, but that's normally an email which I have not received.
So all I cant do is order a box, and start a verification process, I cant even pay for it, so tomorrow it will be gone.
I get things take time, but this is beyond a joke.

this is just a Pre-Authorization, if not accepted, will cancelled, but the money need a little long time to come back to your credit card, my previous order has been cancelled by OVH during the long verification period (10 days)
I would love it they would let me pay for it. I get "No payment method, please contact us" which I am guessing is the forum, which I cant post in.
