But this isn't the first time GVH is getting under fire, it happens alot. I cannot judge on if the negative feedback GVH recieves overall is legit or not but I can see it might be worth investigating what is actually going on. what if they are scamming by fucking over x% of customer and sometimes just make it up for a little percentage just to restore the public image for a bit to not come over as a real hardcore scam? i'm not saying that this is happening but I wouldn't be suprised if it is happening either.
Dont ban gvh atleast he makes funny threads like Mazker and make people laugh.

Jaroslav is NOT Alan. They happen to live in the same city/nearby neighborhood. They both are on Comcast, with dynamic IP configuration, purely a coincidence. We've reached out to Alan regarding this allegation, and he has informed us that he will be available to confirm this statement on LET as soon as possible.
As of this notice, GreenValueHost staff will now be utilizing assigned and static Buffalo VPNs for all work - related activity to prevent false allegations like this from happening again.

@serverian Because as a customer he contacted us about it last night prior (wanting to sort things out instead of stirring up drama) and the night shift staff decided that a unanimously agreed upon press release is to be published, which required the presence of all management and caused the delay in the release.
I would love for this to play out on the Catfish tv show.

How many hours/days apart had the posts been from the Jaroslav and alan accounts posted on LET? IP leases with comcast are 1 week, so the IP would only be released to the available pool 1 week after one of them had been issued a new IP. TLDR: Your story is BS and not very well thought out.
But maybe the two of them are a love couple and live together? ;-)

Yeah, you really grasped the point there...
Except DHCP leases are bound per MAC-ADDR. At any rate, even if he DID get a new IP, the old IP would be labeled as unusable for 1 week before becoming available again, so there wouldn't be a cross-over period where either user had the same IP within a 1 week period.
