Unsure on Alex's age, but can minors even legally sign a contract and be bound by it? Once again... unsure. Plus, I don't think GVH can actually peruse any legal action because that would cost money... unless the legal action was provided to them due to some special agreement with an upstream company... Is Alex even in the USA? Would GVH be able to afford to persue him outside of the USA? Unlikely.

Who is 'Tyler' and what do you know about his GVH/AcclaimedHost connection and why are you acting surprised by any of this GVH stuff?
EDIT: TL;DR. MPKossen posts about a GVH/AcclaimedHost connection via a 'Tyler' character, acts surprised when it's made public that there is a GVH/AcclaimedHost connection. The person who thanked the post was @Vedran, who is a moderator... furthering the speculation this was made in a private staff forum
EDIT 2: Now they have removed the ability to see 'Thanks' direct from the profile of moderators/admins... Direct links still work though.

Perhaps I jumped too early, but I'm unfamiliar with Vanilla, but how is that not a tad strange? If that comment was between Jon and Tyler, why does Jon have access to a private section of the site (Or are you referring to CC Jon?)
Comment is not between Jon and Tyler. Comment is written there in a private forum to inform the moderators about what's going on by @mpkossen.
Vanilla "Thanked" page is primitive. It even shows the posts that are deleted if someone thanked it. There are no restrictions.
@mpkossen talked with Tyler and Jon probably by PM. Not sure.

I talked with Jonny on Skype and only found out what was really going on late this afternoon, my time. I'm not sure where I acted surprised?
And that thanks thing is a bug in the plugin, which I will try to fix soon. Jonny obviously has no access to any private forums.

Both Jaroslav Urban and Alan Romano are aliases of this young gentleman.

Due to initial privacy concerns and a verbal non disclosure agreement I was unable to be honest with the situation in it's entirety. I deeply apologize for this and would like to take this opportunity to provide an explanation.
Yes, we do have multiple people working under aliases. Tyler is the real name of both aliases, and yes, he does run AH. Tyler has only recently started working a few days ago, however is actually appointed interim Operations Director to help the company get back in shape.
As he specifically requested to be unpaid and not to receive compensation, he does not benefit from this other than the fact that improving the company would trigger a domino effect that would improve our overall services, which he makes use of. AH and GVH are separate companies, independently operated. Lance remains stable and firm as our CEO, with the 'Operations Director'/COO title being assigned to the member of staff responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and making sure the company runs smoothly. As of right now on an interim accord, that is Tyler, or 'Jaroslav'.

I am not telling you to move at all. However, please keep backups at all times with them at this current state. Also please don't be so naive...give them a month, maybe two then come back and tell us how their doing. Until then I strongly suggest taking their "improvements" with any grain of salt.
