Not doing pre-orders right now.
Actually, I don't get why they don't do pre-orders either - isn't that just selling? I have work to do anyway, how am I supposed to keep an eye on every single one vps
If I order an additional server, is it possible to have it deployed in a different data center?
They don't want to oversell. If they accept pre-orders, they have to fulfill them. Demand is high and their resources are limited.
Please feel free to create a ticket so we can see what options we can offer you.
This post went up last Saturday, and anyone checking the thread over the weekend had a chance to grab one via pre-order. Closing pre-orders may imply very limited overselling—or none at all—which often instills greater customer confidence in the provider.
Still possible to get something from this deal?
Want the 89.year one
I totally agree with you
We're working on restocking. However, due to network restructuring, this will take some time. We plan to restock on Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. German time.
Same deals or something new too?
Same deals
Thanks for taking this seriously
yep
Things are getting better: pings between 2 of my servers are stabilizing at < 0.2ms right now with fewer and smaller outliers in between. The others are still flaky, although a bit better. All of them are on the same subnet. Also the disks on the 2 machines are back to normal, less so on the others, but somewhat better. Fingers crossed things get ironed out after Sunday.
btw. getting consistent ! sub 0.2ms vm-vm rtt latency inside a hypervisor would already be pretty good on such massive slabs of flat L2 network, from there on its more of a host tuning thing (proxmox, nics offload, IRQs ..) and avoiding overload
Is it possible to buy attached block storage on my VPS? I am looking to buy one of your VPS with like 10TB of HDD attached.
Updated numbers after 4 days: https://browser.geekbench.com/v6/cpu/19320621
2635/8332 -> 2365/7440
@berohost maybe you could offer as an option servers with only 1TB traffic instead of 25TB - same config, same price, just on a different network segment - people who understand will know the difference
edit: I would be your first customer on that plan:)
Not sure what abitstack is alluding too but I think having block storage would be very popular if its at a competitive price (like the VPS are). I would definitely buy
Hi, no offense - only one comment above yours I was lamenting about internal pings and network over saturation:) - just the opposite use case of yours: I need low pings between api and db servers inside the data center.
I totally agree with you - high traffic and high storage do have their specific uses. For example, some service providers only have users who download a lot of data.
No offense taken at all! I was mainly confused what you were referring to but I see your original comment now
whats the difference between a vServer and a rootserver??
Wow this sucks...
What do you expect to happen when there are new MJJs joining to servers and start using it?
everybody flogging yabs
That was truly a disaster

want to order Aniversery S , Please add , will do credits later .
Been using bero host since 2019.
wen restock ser for those who haven't orders yet?
For the next VPS restock, can I purchase directly via the website, or do I need to pre-load funds into my account?
You need have funds pre-loaded into your account and when they announce re-stock you need to create the support ticket with your required specs before their deadline, they will automatically deduct the pre-loaded funds and your VPS will be provisioned, usually in 1 day.
