@DeluxHost thanks for picking these up. Quick update for anyone following along:

#TMUN4DZW64YDO (L-4 transfer): done, thank you.

#TMULCTBQ5KZCM (performance): partly better, but CPU steal is still open.

The good news first: the three Z-4s were restarted on 29 September, and since then the disk freezes seem to be gone. Two of the three Z-4s now look healthy on every metric. Credit where it's due.

    What's still open:

    • The F-4 has not been migrated and its CPU steal has got worse. Daily average steal went from 36 to 39% before 29 September to 44 to 52% since, with a worst 5-minute window of 76%. Our own processes use only a small part of its CPU.
    • The L-4 I just received is affected from day one. Within minutes of first boot it showed 17% steal at idle and about 31% with all vCPUs busy, spread evenly across the cores, so this is the host and not the guest.
    • One Z-4 is still at 19 to 25% steal per day, and has also been losing 12 to 20% of packets continuously since 29 September.

For comparison, the two healthy Z-4s now sit at 4 to 6% steal, and our machines at another provider at 0 to 2%.

The migration proposed on 28 September still hasn't happened for the F-4. All affected VPSs can be moved at any time, IP changes are fine. Looking forward to an update on the ticket.

  • lol, I wouldn't mess with something like this. run!

You’ve been ignoring my ticket TMUSMSXJS498G for a month—in which I’m trying to resolve the issue where you withdrew more money from my account and also deducted a prepaid month’s worth of service for 10 servers. In every thread, you promise to resolve this issue. Isn’t it completely wrong to ignore problems caused by your system?

Can you help? Gather some data, invoices, IP addresses? Well, it's pretty simple—just refund the paid month to the 10 servers whose auto-payments you reset to zero, and transfer the excess payment to the servers that will expire in a couple of days.

He does. I got a suspension when I used something like 40 TB/mo on one of my servers. I reduced usage and they unsuspended the server. So you won't be able to get away with even 1/20th of what you're looking for here.

  • da faq!

Buy a VPS, then open the ticket to get the attention, to fix? Since when this becomes a luxury: buying things and they just work?

    Not a great start.

In the first hour of using this VPS, it has already frozen three times.

When it happens, rebooting from the control panel does nothing, SSH is completely unreachable, and VNC just gets stuck at:

    Booting from HDD...

This is a brand-new VPS and I have barely started using it. Having to deal with three complete freezes within the first hour is already getting really annoying.

    Booting from Hard Disk...

  • Ordered the Z Series 1 GB (Amsterdam) today. The panel has been stuck on
"OS Installation — in progress" for 1 hour while the server still shows
"not installed" — no SSH access yet.

Opened ticket #TMUYCZT5M14JF. @DeluxHost could you take a look? The server is
empty, so a full reinstall is fine by me.
