Many IPTV stuff, since that what you mainly host. Especially you know what I talk about. Slava Ukraini. Hope you are back soon.
You have a habit of changing the subject. Was I criticizing anyone? I was simply advising the person who kept asking when the dedicated server would be back online that, for now, the best course of action is to ask vSys to provide a data backup so operations can resume—rather than hoping the dedicated server itself will be back up and running in just a few days. ITLDC has openly stated that restoring dedicated servers will take at least several weeks; shouldn't you be sharing that fact with them?
The honest answer: dedicated servers won't be back in a matter of days. We haven't secured a new facility for the dedicated fleet yet, so there's no confirmed ETA, and once we do, servers will be restored progressively.
If your projects can't wait and you have backups, rebuilding on new servers is the most reliable option right now. We can provide servers in our locations outside Ukraine, so please open a ticket and we'll check availability for your setup. In parallel, we're working on a way for customers to copy their data before full restoration.
If you share your ticket number here, we'll make sure you get an update on all nine servers.
Thank you for the support. And just to note, the suspension case you mentioned was resolved.
Heroyam Slava!
Never. But as a new member who joined today, you seem to know lot's of things about me
I bring you back to subject. Keep your own backups. Don't blame the DC in a war zone for
losing uptime, don't be a dick, and if you have DMCA stuff, at least have a backup in other
places?
Please excuse me. I didn't join this forum to criticize; I joined to get information about the issue. I understand the problem you experienced, and I plan to wait for service to be restored; if everything is fine, I intend to stick with Vsys. The thing is, I'm facing a difficult financial situation—and nobody understands that!—and I need to work.
You chose Vsys for 1 reason we both know about. This is the same reason Vsys operates
as they do. They are now experiencing issues out of their control. At least be patient?
Ticket #0896107 please check
5760297 Ticket ıd please help me!!
I have 9 dedicated servers with VSYS, and in my experience they have always provided a very stable service.
Considering the terrible situation they are facing now and the risks involved in recovering the affected infrastructure, I think we should be patient and give their team time to work.
They need support from customers as well. If possible, we can help by renewing servers for longer periods or purchasing additional services to support them financially while they continue the recovery process.
I hope everything will be restored as soon as possible, and I appreciate the work their team is doing under these difficult conditions.
Heroyam Slava!
Do you have some news about VSYS ? About copying the data..
still no
Don’t hesitate to give an update if you have !
My VPS is back IP range 185.254.196.xxx .
Well done Vsys, very well done. I also have a dedicated server and I understand it may take time, but this VPS was so important for me, although I see my last backup was taken on 23rd and intact.
Been with Vsys since 2020, Used them for various purposes, never doubted them.
I have used vsys since 2011 or so and they have always done well they are a little slow to reply but you know
But I think everything will be good again just need to wait.
YES yes of course we all should!
any one got any new update from vsys about dedicated servers
Don't wait any longer; use your backup data to rebuild your business on a different server immediately. Recovery won't take just a few days—it will require weeks, or even months. Your business cannot afford to wait that long.
Cosmonova data center halts operations after Russian strike

Damn, I think all the physical components were exposed to water in this way.
A small fire broke out after the missile attack, and firefighters used water to put out the flames.
I hope all our data has been recovered intact.
I think, if there are no problems, the dedicated servers will be active in a few weeks. Of course, that's assuming the data is still there.
Because judging by appearances, it seems impossible for the servers to be active here.
Finding a new data center is also difficult because VSYS has over 25 subnets, and you can only transport such an incredible fleet of servers with huge trucks. Even just assembling them in cabinets will take days.
God bless Ukraine and VSYS.

So stop bitching and just wait.
It seems friendhosting had discontinued the Kyiv location.
My VPS was migrated to Sofia, Bulgaria.
It’s so sad to see these pictures.
Hopefully nobody was injured.
You are pathetic
As I understand it, they were hit several times too. On the 25th, morning of 26th, and again on the 26th.
Crazy.
Other datacenters that were hit: Datagroup, Kyivstar, Vodafone, G50, Parkovyi, MiroHost, New-Telco and United DC
