Before that can we address Väinämöinen's fuckups and the mess happening in my account please?
I suddenly received info for a new empty seedbox account in july with a different username (while the old one was still working).
I opened a ticket, Väinämöinen said No worries, this is a temporary side effect of a migration in progress, the team is aware, it's safe to keep using your old account with the functional login. "The record cleanup is flagged with the team that runs these migrations, along with the full details they need. I would rather not put a firm time on it, and in the meantime your service runs normally and nothing on your side is at risk."
(Reasonable for me to assume you gave it access to internal plans and info on your migration actions etc.)
TO MY SURPRISE, I just found out the old account is indeed gone with all its data. Väinämöinen now saying "oh let me correct something, the old account is not safe, it is old and not linked to your account, fuck it, use the new empty one".
It seems fairly hard to get proper human-support via the ticketing system, which is why I am bringing this to your attention here.
Väinämöinen reminds me of our always stoned tail pony sysadmin at a big tec.
