Good day @nexlimited, do you think it’s possible for everyone on vsys to get the files back? Or it’s only those that has backup subscription with them?
We've most likely lost the data; Russia has destroyed too many data centers.

@Iszy All the data are safe. Its just main power outtage. They need to fix this, but it will take time.
As far as i got the information, no data is lost.
FUD spreader. Power infra is damaged, it will be restored.
Both of my VSYS dedicated servers (~$1k/mo) are still totally down. VSYS said data should be fine and most hardware survived, but they have zero clue when things will be back up.
What's really stressing me out though is that ITLDC basically said the whole facility is wrecked and unsafe, so everyone needs to migrate to replacement servers. They said retrieving the actual hardware for cleaning/inspection will take weeks at best.
What’s weird is the first server instantly died right when the power outage email hit, but the second one somehow held on for another hour or two before giving out.
I’m still spamming SSH every now and then hoping for a sign of life, but honestly I don't give a damn about a replacement server, I just need the raw data off my NVMes and hard drives ASAP.
I already have access to my server; I just made a full backup.

This means there was some UPS or backup power that was still working.
The good news for you is that in such case the data is likely to be preserved, so this is just
what happened to Alexhost a few months ago, although for different reasons.

Words have meanings. Let's try to use the correct ones when communicating online, shall we?
This is really the kind of situation where you should be restoring your backups to an alternate/failover location and bringing up services there.
Even if the original servers are okay, who knows how long it could take to get them running again.
For example, it appeared to be down at 11, but my two servers went down around 16:00, meaning there really was a power outage, but I don't know if they'll restore my data. We have a lot of data, and our customer is suffering. I don't know what to do. The company isn't responding to messages either; they're probably very busy, and I understand that. It's a difficult process, but... we hope everything will be back online soon so everyone can use the service properly.
Besides that, I check the network periodically via BGP tools. At the beginning of the process, there were 3 subnets, and now there are more than 3. It seems they're bringing the network back up periodically.
Do you still have access? Most of the servers were down with strike but several were online but power down after 6hrs after the initial attack.
