    I thought I haven't received anything either, after they deleted my account started researching and found their email in my spam folder from like 10 days ago ¯_(ツ)_/¯
    Anyways using KYC as an a reason to simply kick customers is a pretty fcked up approach

    I think Dasabo might be changing their company name soon..
    Their reputation has gotten pretty bad lately, and their Trustpilot rating has dropped to 2.7 too..

    I've already setup an agent that's monitoring their website and socials lmao. Just in case they decide to rebrand :wink:
    Ultimately I don't care about some usd value I lost, it's just a totally fcked up way to get rid off customers and that's what I truly hate

    Guys, what about the fact that dasabo sent me, as I think you did, an email asking me to leave a short review, and he'll credit my Trust Pilot account with €2 for the review. Isn't that specifically prohibited by Trust Pilot's rules?

    Consumer Warning Banner: This is one of the most painful sanctions. A large, bright banner appears on the provider's Trustpilot page, informing users that the company has been caught manipulating ratings and purchasing fake reviews. While the banner is displayed, the company's TrustScore (overall rating) is often hidden.

    I suggest everyone check their mailboxes and notify Trust Pilot.
