ifeanyi is quite famous for transfering tickets between departments now, and the famous 168 hours
Yes we have 24/7 for support, if your ticket is in engineering that is US business hours, and we're working through the queue
For managing metadata.
belonging to?
Probably the other IMDB.
My dedi has been sitting in the queue for over 48 hours now. Several other customers who ordered around the same time as me have already received their dedi‘s, yet I still haven’t received any notification about my machine being activated.
It's been 3 days now and the following tickets have still not been resolved:
26511
26590
26386
25881
Could you please look into these and get them sorted out?
Thanks
So, 4 vps? The backlog must be in hundreds
I am losing hundred of millions of euros a day from my own lack of SLA and DartNode's slow delivery of my $7/yr VPS, $13/yr VPS, and $99/yr dedicated server. /s
Total clock time: 120+ hours
Total messages between inquiry and resolve: 4210 messages
Edit:
Not resolved. Doesn't receive VPS-3.
Clock start: 2026-06-24 16:31:09+00:00
Yeah it’s morning tell your workers to go work man.
Hello sir is this 4 different issues or just one but get sent 4 times?
4 separate requests
could have been a lot simpler if they implemented this

They. Don’t. Care. That seems to be the mentality.
Happy to read about people receiving their dedicated servers! They will continue to roll out > @linda26 said:
Your spot in the queue should be coming up then!

100% - Will be up and running for the next giveaway and stream!
Dartnode are a victim of their own success, it was a great promotion and I'm sure they'll be better equipped next time to handle it. Hopefully I get my dedi today.
Agreed. Tho I should warn them, USA won't win tomorrow unless they provision my liquidation dedi today.
Clock stop: 2026-06-24 16:55
Total time: 24~25 minutes
Problem solved? Kinda
Prev: VPS-1 ✓ VPS-3 ×
Now: VPS-1 × VPS-3 ✓
Conclusions: context window too small. Too much Adderall in water cooler @DartNode
I'm okay with it though.
I also came to the conclusion. Unfortunately I put 3 things into one ticket and it was moved by the AI (or whatever/whoever ifeanyi is) to accounting and accounting answered after a couple of days.
"Yea, that one thing, it's already done", mind you the thing was not done ($10 GA code redemption, another code was redeemed in another ticket) and all other points I had were ignored.
Waiting since then again
Yeah, I already make the compilation. It's totally easy to track who's who if the user doesn't give out the code to someone else.
In fact, no recheck, small context window, fatigued operators means huge loophole for social engineering.
Dude wtf I need my server, now It will definitely take another week
Whatdoyouknow. Free server deployed.
At this point, it's very clear that @DartNode @keoir @simo don't care that they have made a mistake and and cut off my access to 5 VPS for an issue that someone else caused with one of those VPS. I'll proceed with a charge back now as none of this is my fault. We're very near 7 days with no response to my report, 3 days since they have restricted my access and 24 since they escalated my issue to a non-existent head engineer. I'll proceed here at LET by warning users that they have automated processes that make it possible to be blamed for abuse that you didn't perform.
Congratulations @DartNode for the sale! Don't let some MJJ bring you down. They will always use bots and will always complain afterwards as if they lose millions on cheap deals.
The (nine-tailed) fox may grow grey, but never good.
Congrats to everyone who actually managed to get their orders through the pipeline!
However, @DartNode , it's a bit disappointing to see active engagement here while my ticket #26242 and the video evidence I posted above showing a direct frontend/backend cart desync were completely ignored.
Your support team closed my ticket by telling me to just buy a retail monthly plan, completely sidestepping the fact that your platform explicitly locked a 9-minute reservation timer on my screen ("Your deal is held") and then threw a sold-out error at checkout.
If a "held deal" with an active countdown doesn't actually reserve inventory on your backend during high-traffic events, that's a platform bug, not a "slim chance" lottery issue. Is management genuinely fine with leaving legitimate checkout glitches unaddressed while ignoring proof of the error?
Obviously they tell you to buy a retail monthly plan now as the deal is over. It's sad and quite frustating, but tank it. They are not obligated to give you that deal in any way.
Thank you. The service works wonderfully. Yes, there were some issues, but they did apologise and it is quite acceptable to experience issues when so many bots also filled that same "pipeline" of a low-end provider.
Anyway! The service is really good and I am quite happy with my servers.
@DartNode gotta get Daniel some help over there in the NOC!
