    Hello everyone,

Thank you all once again for being a part of DartDay 2026.

I apologize for being a bit quiet over the last few days. I wanted to wait until I had 100% concrete answers for you guys rather than reaching out with another vague "it will be soon" response. I appreciate your patience, and I want to address our major outstanding items directly:

    Dedicated Server Provisioning:
The dedicated server queue is being actively provisioned as we speak. Deliveries will continue rolling out through the queue.

    Paid VPS and Twitch Giveaways:
All paid VPS customer orders are scheduled to be fulfilled today. If your VPS was not provisioned correctly and you don't currently have an open support ticket, please open one now or post your ticket number so we can fix it immediately. Additionally, all Twitch giveaway winners should receive an update in their respective tickets today. We are actively working on getting all of those promotional servers online.

    Service Extensions for Affected Users:
As Keoir previously noted, we want to make things right. For anyone who experienced service issues or significant deployment delays during this period, we will be adding 30 days of free service to your account. For anyone with an issue with their yearly prorate, please feel free to open a ticket in accounting. We are happy to help with any problems you might have!

On a lighter note, I appreciate all of you so much. Despite the bottlenecks, we had an absolute blast hanging out with everyone on DartDay. We gave away over 100 free servers, and we will continue to give back to the LET community. This is our home, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I truly hope the bumps we encountered don't completely overshadow the genuine fun we wanted to bring to this event. We are committed to refining our process moving forward to future events, and I'm excited to keep giving back to you guys.

    -Joe

    Thankyou

@DartNode It has been stuck in "provisioning" for over 40 hours now, and there hasn’t been a single update. Am I expected to wait another 3-5 days just to get my server? It seems like absolutely everything your team does takes at least 72 hours before there is even a tiny bit of progress.

I gave up this morning and put in a ticket to cancel all my orders including the $99 unicorn. If I get any pushback I’ll contact my CC company but I don’t anticipate any issue. It’s pretty clear in the tickets I’ve opened, content here and elsewhere that there’s service delivery issue and it’s reached an unreasonable level now. I’ve had custom dedis setup and online in half the time.

If the support is this slow now, I can’t imagine how an outage or upgrade or some other issue would be handled. It seems to be a common occurrence with support even outside of the recent dart day

I think refund cost as much time as you wait for dedi
so you might as well wait for the dedi
after all ,it's been this long, it would be a shame just cancel all the orders

I thought about that, the ole “sunk cost” theory but I don’t want all the hoops and hurdles and delays for any subsequent issue - I planned to do hardware upgrades and my gut tells me it would be a long time to get that done and lots of tickets/handoffs.

I’ll keep my eyes peeled on here tho and if things improve maybe I’ll try again..

Also, according to their refund policy, there’s a 7 day max so I’m right up against that

I have a storage kvm. The console shows that it is online. Vnc can enter, but the IP cannot be connected. I try to configure it through the gateway, IP and subnet mask given to me on the console, but still can't solve the problem. After configuring all the IPs to ChatGPT, tell me that this IP is not bound to the host at all, and there is no second-layer routing.

I submitted ticket #26000, and I got a reply from staff Ifeanyi

"I've linked your ticket to an active support case (Case #89 ) our engineering team is working on. You'll receive updates here as we make progress — no need to follow up separately.

    ifeanyi"
I continued to wait for four days, but there was no progress on the problem, so I replied to the ticket to inquire about the progress and got another answer.

“ I've looped in our Engineering team since they're best equipped to help with this. Someone from that team will be picking this up shortly — you should hear back within 48 hours.

    ifeanyi”
I waited for another two days, but the problem was still not solved. I tried to continue to inquire about the progress, but no one replied to the ticket.

It has been seven days since the problem appeared, and no technician has tried to help me deal with it.

During the seven days of waiting, I kept receiving emails from DartNode Network, telling me that my storage kvm IP was on a dns blacklist, so 25 ports were blocked. My IP has not been accessible until now. I don't know how dartnode detects it. Are you fucking serious?

yeah Ifeanyi always does that, just transfer you between team but there's no issue actually being solved at all.

I just found out about this :'(

guys, if anyone accidentally bought two or doesn't want it anymore, please let me know.

    I'm interested in Stage 3 - $13.99/YR VPS 3 or perhaps similar

    Thanks.

I did have to make a ticket for a ram upgrade a couple of days ago. I think yesterday they made a ticket for me to begin the provisioning process of my dedi. And then today they asked me about what OS I wanted, and within the past hour I got a notification that it was delivered.

To be fair, I think they mentioned they have to manually build each server. I think I was probably was one of the first few to get the deal, so I'm probably closer to the front of the queue.

They asked me about OS I think around later in the afternoon my time.

  • Oh hey, my $99 dedi was delivered about an hour ago. I'm not getting emails from the tickets for some reason so I almost missed it!

  • Dartday. I hope I get one of the 7 dollar vps servers with 16gb of ram as that would be very useful

  • $99/y yabs
nvme speeds kinda disappointing, worse than the $14/y vps in KC
