I'd like to ask — does your 24/7 support actually have staff actively handling tickets? I received a response saying my ticket would be resolved within 24 hours, but it's now been 3 days with no action taken. This doesn't reflect the level of service commitment I'd expect from a professional IDC.
Could you please let me know how much longer this is going to take?
    Thanks

    let me guess, from ifeanyi?

    How do you know!

ifeanyi is quite famous for transfering tickets between departments now, and the famous 168 hours

Yes we have 24/7 for support, if your ticket is in engineering that is US business hours, and we're working through the queue

    For managing metadata.

My dedi has been sitting in the queue for over 48 hours now. Several other customers who ordered around the same time as me have already received their dedi‘s, yet I still haven’t received any notification about my machine being activated.

I also came to the conclusion. Unfortunately I put 3 things into one ticket and it was moved by the AI (or whatever/whoever ifeanyi is) to accounting and accounting answered after a couple of days.

"Yea, that one thing, it's already done", mind you the thing was not done ($10 GA code redemption, another code was redeemed in another ticket) and all other points I had were ignored.

    Waiting since then again

Yeah, I already make the compilation. It's totally easy to track who's who if the user doesn't give out the code to someone else.
In fact, no recheck, small context window, fatigued operators means huge loophole for social engineering.

Dedis are slowly moving through the provisioning queue, if you had non preorder vms those should have been instantly delivered, if not send me your invoice # and I'll see what got it stuck

We did the most volume we've ever done (even more than bf) and we're going through the job queues hunting for failed provisions on the VM side.

We will bump everyone 30 days on there due date for the issues

Could you please have someone review ticket #26110 and unlock my account?

Hello! I just got in touch with someone about your ticket. It appears you have 6 abuse complaints open on your account at the moment. Right now 1/6 of those complaints have been addressed. I do understand there could be a misunderstanding, but we need more information from you. In order to fix everything please reach out in those complaint tickets and someone from the abuse team will take care of you!

At this point, it's very clear that @DartNode @keoir @simo don't care that they have made a mistake and and cut off my access to 5 VPS for an issue that someone else caused with one of those VPS. I'll proceed with a charge back now as none of this is my fault. We're very near 7 days with no response to my report, 3 days since they have restricted my access and 24 since they escalated my issue to a non-existent head engineer. I'll proceed here at LET by warning users that they have automated processes that make it possible to be blamed for abuse that you didn't perform.

Congrats to everyone who actually managed to get their orders through the pipeline!

However, @DartNode , it's a bit disappointing to see active engagement here while my ticket #26242 and the video evidence I posted above showing a direct frontend/backend cart desync were completely ignored.

Your support team closed my ticket by telling me to just buy a retail monthly plan, completely sidestepping the fact that your platform explicitly locked a 9-minute reservation timer on my screen ("Your deal is held") and then threw a sold-out error at checkout.

If a "held deal" with an active countdown doesn't actually reserve inventory on your backend during high-traffic events, that's a platform bug, not a "slim chance" lottery issue. Is management genuinely fine with leaving legitimate checkout glitches unaddressed while ignoring proof of the error?

Obviously they tell you to buy a retail monthly plan now as the deal is over. It's sad and quite frustating, but tank it. They are not obligated to give you that deal in any way.

Thank you. The service works wonderfully. Yes, there were some issues, but they did apologise and it is quite acceptable to experience issues when so many bots also filled that same "pipeline" of a low-end provider.

Anyway! The service is really good and I am quite happy with my servers.
