Dedis are slowly moving through the provisioning queue, if you had non preorder vms those should have been instantly delivered, if not send me your invoice # and I'll see what got it stuck

We did the most volume we've ever done (even more than bf) and we're going through the job queues hunting for failed provisions on the VM side.

We will bump everyone 30 days on there due date for the issues

Could you please have someone review ticket #26110 and unlock my account?

Hello! I just got in touch with someone about your ticket. It appears you have 6 abuse complaints open on your account at the moment. Right now 1/6 of those complaints have been addressed. I do understand there could be a misunderstanding, but we need more information from you. In order to fix everything please reach out in those complaint tickets and someone from the abuse team will take care of you!

At this point, it's very clear that @DartNode @keoir @simo don't care that they have made a mistake and and cut off my access to 5 VPS for an issue that someone else caused with one of those VPS. I'll proceed with a charge back now as none of this is my fault. We're very near 7 days with no response to my report, 3 days since they have restricted my access and 24 since they escalated my issue to a non-existent head engineer. I'll proceed here at LET by warning users that they have automated processes that make it possible to be blamed for abuse that you didn't perform.

We have reviewed your account and the lock has been released

Please note that the account had 6 abuse complaints, including some from our upstream transit providers, within 24 hours. Please make sure the system is not compromised and this does not occur again

@keoir Please check order #34341, it's now "in build queue" for 2hours now, any idea when it will ready?

Let me know the Invoice # or DM me the email for your account

I did received a ticket responds from Daniel said "can do" after i said the OS i choose, but that was 5 hours ago, so more wait time for me? but i remembered that other customer would get their dedi's in an hour after choose the OS, so i guess every time things moves take at least 2 days? because my dedi's were stuck in the queue for over 48 hours, and then 48hours for the OS again?

They clearly had some issues within the first few hours. I picked up a $10 VPS-1 just an hour or two in and one of the $7 VPS-1's when that flash sale hit. One was provisioned within a couple hours of the $7 purchase, but I'm still waiting on the other. Kinda surprised to see any of the dedi's being provisioned at all, to be honest. Tickets and purchases don't seem to be getting processed in FIFO order

VMs should have been provisioned already, shoot me an invoice # or something, and I can look up the service for you

Spoke too soon, my dedi was provisioned, got everything ready but it’s offline and all functions on my panel aren’t enabled.

Could you maybe check it? Ticket #26442

    Thank you!

have you tried sshing into it? mine shows offline too but works

You have to be kidding me. For the love off god, look at the open ticket from June 17th and note the information there. I cannot stop some other random user that is assigned the same IP as I am from abusing your infrastructure. If I am a fault, please post the information here for all to see. I will fix the issue post haste if it is my fault and admit that I was the problem here publicly. However, I do not believe I was ever at fault.

I've gotta say, waking up to an automated email saying that I need to cleanup my VPS because the IP is blacklisted by spamhaus is a bit disconcerting when the thing was just provisioned yesterday and I haven't done anything but change from ubuntu to debian. I don't care that the IP is blacklisted and I don't need port 25 open, but don't blame me for something some other user did.

how are GAs free if you have to subscribe for a fee? or do i not understand something?>

99.99% has been totally free. They ran ONE for people that subbed as a reward for supporting them. People are blowing this way out of proportion but I suppose that's to be expected around here.

    yea yea i'm a cheap fuck, buying $7/yr VPS-es...

when i tried to join there - it was not possible to !PLAY without subscribe, which is 5.99 for me

you have to subscribe to !PLAY?

For one game, yes. For all other games, no.

Did you get your vps yet? mine is over 23 hours

They have provisioned 4 for me, but I think one is sharing an IP with another VPS. I haven't messed with the others yet.

For the record, I changed from ubuntu to debian on the Ryzen 5 I bought in Houston. That is the only VPS that was provisioned with Ubuntu. The other 4 were all provisioned with Alma. I have changed the Ryzen 1 in Orlando that as caused all of this trouble between Alma and Debian a few times before I determined it was sharing an IP. I don't believe I've even logged into the 3 other VPS that I purchased.

Very likely, the abuse complaints came in from upstream after the customer released those IPs. We just have to take action on the abuse complaints, or they will end up pulling circuits or doing other fun telco stuff :frowning:

Looks like, They are "growing" much faster than they would be able to handle the problems what comes with it, user requests (tickets) at their side with a probably relative small team.

I also experienced issues with performance. and anomaly with IP addresses/networking previously, what others mentioned here. But for the price what I pay for it (super budget), it acceptable for me yet (with my current use case). I hope they will be able to solve the problems, restore the 'attitudes', performance, etc. Because I like their core "philosophy", custom solutions (control panel), events, budget or affordable deals.

For example: sometimes the "qemu-ga" agent / process using the CPU on 100% for long time looks like without any real reason (I not found the reasons). The VPS IP responded for ping when the VM was offline, etc.

There is a breakdown of all the winners from LET on this page. I do not see your username in here unfortunately :( I am sorry if you were mistaken! We will have plenty of events to come in the near future!

    Who won the 9950x?

Yup, slow disk plus low ram mostly cause that relatively low multi core scaling

1 Free Month of Colocation Included
    $65/ Month after that

That's the problem. $750/year without any ram, nvme upgrade
    I do appreciate your thoughtfulness
