It's a shame I also didn't read the comments before paying. I'm surprised the administration is behaving so disgustingly. I'm in the same situation. The VPS is paid for, but it's not working. It has active status but can't be reached by any way. No one responds to my inquiries or does anything. The ticket #YWE-512244 has been created, but nobody cares.

Hey! You created a ticket yesterday, give us some time. I see you already received a reply. We won't always respond to your case in a minute. Same with @imnotrobot - case opened yesterday, and I hear such things couple of hours after. Node issue is already fixed. Replied also to most of the tickets - pending ones will be done today.

Hi, the problem is someone buys a service, money gone, but vps and support looks dead. If I'd have got a short response like "The problem exists, we're working on it, wait two days please" it's ok for me to wait for some time. But try harder please
BTW your response in about 24h after creating the ticket #YWE-512244 had "Let me fix it real quick." And 30 hours have passed and nothing.

My experience with this hosting provider has been disappointing due to what appears to be broken automation.
My server cannot be brought online - the assigned IP address is not reachable even when booting into Rescue Mode. VNC is consistently offline and cannot be accessed either via a standalone client or the built-in noVNC console. Additionally, attempts to reinstall the system fail with the following error:
Failed to find logical volume "node04-SSD-01/vm-8089-d4LGt559nCjmTtOp-zOWzSbyEelkyhRWG".Technical support has not responded for over a day, so I have requested a refund. I sincerely hope they will process the refund for the payment made via Stripe.

To be honest, I feel scammed! I submitted a request to cancel a server that never went online for even a second (the IP address I was assigned didn't even ping, and VNC access didn't work). The request to cancel the server was processed quickly, but I didn't get my money back. I wrote to technical support, but they are ignoring me.
I think there's just one person behind all this, and he's just backed up on tickets. It's not a scam, but you'll probably have to wait a bit as he triages issues.
I kind of agree, but at the same time, ChunkServe themselves are not willing to meet halfway, they don't provide any information about the planned deadlines, and besides, it's logical to expect that if I requested cancellation of the service, I expect a refund. However, the money for the canceled service was not even credited to my account - it was "0" and remained "0"
